It is in fair condition.  The mirror on the left side has a spot of chipped paint. A leg or two on dresser is loose, which is probable common with this type of furniture. Needs to be cleaned.  It comes with a lovely light blue covered stool. This is not 1:12 scale dollhouse furniture. The dresser measures 7 5/8 x 6 5/8 x 2 3/4 inches.
