They have been selected and designed to honor the farming communities of the United States. This "Tennessee Farm House" model includes painted walls, hand-made cedar shakes, windows, and doors; with cedar base and crown molding to match, along with stained wood floors and custom made staircases. This newly constructed dollhouse has been COMPLETELY handcrafted and assembled in our country workshop and is ready for your country furniture and accesories.   The scale of this dollhouse is 1:15, it's size is 36" wide x 22" Deep x 27.5" Tall. This Dollhouse weighs 28 pounds, approximately. This is a Beautiful Heirloom piece to pass down for generations. It has an exquisite wrap around porch and the rooms are very large and spacious, including the attic rooms. This Dollhouse is an original design that has been numbered and signed by the artist to prove authenticity. On the front of this dollhouse you will find a black and brass plate which reads: "Tennessee Farm House" by Sonny Erdwins. We accept Paypal and/or money orders with our transactions. When the payment has cleared, we will ship within seven days.   We custom build crates to ensure the protection of our dollhouses during shipping.
