I have always enjoyed the unusual from vintage comics to fairy Tales. Will be reluctantly clearing a group currently displayed on the top of a vintage trunk so that I can get to the contents...Last picture shows the whole group, if you see something of interest let me know and I will give priority to listing it, if not come back any time & see what's listed. Enjoy! This set of seven dwarfs was one of my first "major" purchases when I started collecting comic characters over 30 years ago. I have had them displayed and never found the matching Snow white as she was a hollow latex and few survived the years.  They are all marked in raised letters on their backs "Walt Disney/Seiberling Latex/Made in USA". These dwarfs are solid latex and although there is paint loss & a few cracks they remain special and in pretty good condition for their over 80 years. They measure 5" to 5 1/2". Three of them have given up standing on their own as their weight has caused the feet to not be flat. They have not objected to my tieing them to small stands with fishing line and it is almost inviable and that's the way they will arrive at their new home. Each of them has their names in raised letters on their cap fronts. Happy has about half of his left foot gone and Dopey & Sneezy have a tiny bite out of the tip of each of their right feet, The rest have all their digits in tact. The latex is a brown hard rubber so any paint loss has revealed the latex color. They are basically in the same condition as the day I purchased them so unless exposed to major climate change I suspect they will survive many more years then I will! They are quite heavy so be sure and check the shipping charge calculator for your zip code or Country prior to bidding. Both the starting bid & BIN will be less then I originally paid and I am listing them with mixed emotions as I know my Snow Whites will look lost without them. This auction is for the dwarfs - all seven - none of my Snow Whites are included! I have acquired many wonderful antique items and collectible dolls during my 45 years of collecting. I have now decided that I need to allow newer collectors the opportunity to enjoy them so will be listing many of them during the coming months. The dolls in my collection were purchased for enjoyment and not for resale so most were displayed and may have some shelf dust.
