Description
Vintage Dollhouse Doll Description: This week we have a veritable treasure trove of vintage and antique dollhouse dolls- some from the previous couple of decades, some from the previous century! There's enough for a whole family, not to mention cousins, uncles and aunts, so make sure you check back over the next few days, as we furiously type day and night to bring you everybody we have in the collection! This auction is for everything you see here in the photo- a delightful little 6" tall all-bisque lady doll (we'll call her Mama) marked with a blue oval paper label "Made In Japan". Likely c1960s-70s, she is a nicely made reproduction of a German bisque, with a well-painted face, arms and legs, and beautiful blue glazed shoes (sorry, not seen in photo). She wears a nicely patterned brown cotton dress with yellow roses print, and looks never to have been played with. No chips or cracks, just oodles of charm! Nicely scaled for modern 1' to 1" scale dollhouses. Please check our other auctions, as we have a small but select group of other vintage and antique dolls and dollhouse items up for auction this week! Condition: As described; vintage; used. Happy Bidding from Marionettejilly! Shipping Terms: Buyer pays $4.75 for shipping in the U.S. Insurance is extra and optional, and highly recommended for all purchases ... however, please note that we cannot be responsible for uninsured items that are lost or damaged in the mail. International buyers to pay shipping to be determined at end of auction. And yes, Marionettejilly will combine shipping on multiple wins! Payment Terms: Payment is due within 7 days of end of auction. We ship anywhere in the world! Marionettejilly gladly accepts Money orders, personal checks, and Paypal, of course! Marionettejilly endeavors to be accurate with our descriptions- but we aren’t perfect, and we may have missed something that’s important to you! If you have any questions about an item, please do contact us before bidding ends! Remember, your bid is a binding contract, and we do report nonpaying bidders. Therefore, please ask questions before you bid! A Word About Vintage Items, Shipping and Other Considerations: Marionettejilly endeavors to be accurate with our descriptions- but we aren’t perfect, and we may have missed something that’s important to you! We sell mostly vintage and antique items, with wear and the ravages of time as to be expected. If you have any questions about an item, please do contact us before bidding ends! Remember, your bid is a binding contract, and we do report nonpaying bidders. Therefore, please ask questions before you bid!Our shipping represents not only postage but also time, gas, and packing materials. And please remember that the Post Office has, once again, just raised its rates! Most items will be shipped within three days of payment, and all packages are hand-delivered by us to the Post Office. We quote flat rate fees for our shipping, so domestic buyers will know upfront exactly what the shipping cost is. It is usually very slightly higher than actual final postage will be. Sometimes it’s a bit more, and you luck out, sometimes a bit less, and we luck out, but we won’t nickel and dime you over shipping- with Marionettejilly you know what the shipping cost is before you bid. Please, please know in advance that we do not barter about shipping once an auction has ended! Combined auctions, no matter how small, are a minimum of an additional $1.00 per added auction; in the case of larger items, such as dolls, shipping will be adjusted according to weight of the total package. Our thanks to the many experienced Ebayers, many of whom are repeat customers with Marionettejilly--- who know the difference between shipping and postage, and certainly don’t need to read this!
