Approximately 45" long x 1' deep x 19" high Family room has plastic corner windows, house has awnings, front door opens, and all the tabs seem to be present.  It appears that someone glued carpet or something to the dinning room floor, baby's room floor, and up the stairs.  Someone also appears to have glued some kind of wallpaper or something on some of the walls.  I tried scrapping and some came off, but I really didn't try that hard, maybe you could get it off with Goof-Off or something.  Other than this, the house is in very good condition, no dents.  No furniture included.  However, the original furniture is listed separately. (I found the furniture and listed it before I found the dollhouse - not bright). Also, I have some wicker dollhouse furniture listed that would look great on this patio.
