There are a total of 60 pieces included. The house measures apprx. 23 1/2" wide & 17 1/2" tall. It is made of a fiberboard or composite wood. It has 6 rooms total. It is in good structural condition, with minor wear. It does have a little rust around some of the screws, & a tiny bit on the top. One of the interior walls does lean some, but can probably be fixed. It has several pieces of Superior plastic furniture. The furniture pieces included are.........
