Two towering structures with octagon-shaped windows crown this stately home. This completed and expanded Princess Anne Dollhouse includes everything you see in the photos, including furniture. Features include: sturdy construction, 3/8" thick milled clapboard exterior walls and grooved sidewalls, durable 3/8" thick upper floors, milled 3/8" medium density fiberboard. 1"=1' scale, 6 rooms with 9-inch floor-to-ceiling height, 11 non-working windows and room dividers that have real working doors. Front door has a beautiful oval shaped window. 2 wrap around porches with fancy columns and railing, balcony with matching railing, 5 color wooden shingles on the roof, durable gingerbread trim, flower boxes filled with pretty multi-colored flowers (can be changed out), window shutters. Excellent quality S.W. house paint:  Main House Color: medium sage green / Gable Color – dark tan / Exterior trim: cream, medium sage green, light teal and mahogany-stained. Inside trim is all mahogany stained: crown molding, doors, inside window casings and baseboards. Wallpapered and electrified. This is a collector-quality house that took months to build. Not recommended for children under the age of 3. 26"W x 16 1/4"D x 29"H.
