It has a 1 piece blue scrubs-like surgeon outfit on over it. There is a zipper in front and elastic in back. Excellent condition except for a little bit of fuzziness at the wording on the t-shirt where the iron transfer had been, it seems, but still awesome!!!The bear is in Excellent Gently Used Condition with no stains or holes that I can see, except for what was mentioned above. I do my best to thoroughly check over all used items as well as I can.
