Steiff 8729,70.  His hair looks gray and his collar is rolled up a little but not torn.  The round tag attached to his cape says Steiff-Original-Marke with Sandy in the middle. There is a small round spot above his mouth that looks like a beauty mark.  He is approx. 12 to 12-1/2" tall.
