ON THE METAL AS SHOWN BUT NOT BAD AND PROBABLY WOULD CLEAN OFF WITH THE RIGHT PRODUCT.  HANDLE TIGHT AND INTACT .  MILD WRINKLING OF VINYL ON THE BACK OF THE CASE AS SHOWN IN THE PHOTO'S WHICH IN MY OPINION DOES NOT HURT THE CASE AT ALL AND THE GREATEST THING ABOUT THE CASE IS THERE ARE NO SPLITS IN THE VINYL INSIDE OR OUT.  THE MIRROR IS STILL GREAT AND NOT BROKEN OR CRACKED.  CASE MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 10 INCHES AROUND.  NICE VINTAGE DOLL CASE .
