Just glazing to glue in place and then remove film by scoring carefully around perimeter of glass. And finials from roof need to be individually glued in place. Fantastic detail - (Please refer to pictures)    As you can see right hand side wall has no glazing so it can be placed next to your house ( not included ) Also door opens as well as both halves of roof. Measurements once built: Lenght 12.5" Width 11" Height 12.5" ( all sizes are approximate )    Please Note: Instuctions are included but have a known typing error on them. It says the item is a greenhouse but if you have the finals 23pcs on the top its definately a conservatory.
