This dollhouse can be passed on for generations -- and enjoyed by the entire family.   The "Sharynwood Manor" is beautifully finished inside and out.  There is 12 volt electric wiring throughout, providing ceiling or wall fixtures in every room.  There are wall or floor plugs in every room (24), conveniently placed to allow table or floor lamps of your choosing.  There are wall switches in four rooms controlling the ceiling fixtures.  The dollhouse is 56" W X 28" D X 32" H.  The entire house is mounted to a 1/2" thick plywood base. The completed house and base weigh about 80 pounds.  The house is constructed of 3/8" thick cabinet-grade plywood interior and exterior walls and floors with grooved sidewalls on the exterior. There are over 1,000 cedar octagon shingles, stained and adhered to the roof and gazebo wrap around porch one at a time.   The dollhouse features a front opening bay for access to the kitchen on the 1st floor and the dressing room on the 2nd floor.  It has a full wrap around porch with center gazebo, a 3rd floor porch and a large conservatory.  There are three floors, eleven rooms and two upstairs hallways.  The entire back of the house is open for easy access to all the rooms.  The ceiling is 9 7/16" throughout.   The interior of the house has wallpaper, backed by Bristol board in every room. There is Red Oak Wood flooring on the porch with a special inlayed portion under the gazebo, Walnut Wood flooring in the foyer and Oak Wood flooring in the kitchen.  The house features a magnificent curved walnut and creme staircase in the foyer.  There is a working walnut fireplace in the living room.  The master bedroom has French doors leading out to a garden on the roof of the conservatory.  The bathroom has porcelain fixtures and the kitchen has appliances, cabinets and a table with chairs.  There is carpeting throughout the house, in every room that does not have finished wood flooring.   SHIPPING:   Local pick-up ONLY -- Please contact www.cratersandfreighters.com to arrange shipping.      NO RETURNS PAYMENT:   Paypal preferred.  We only ship to Paypal confirmed addresses.
