Freddy is 15" tall and a very beautiful blue colour, he has fading in places, as you would expect of a 70 year old plus bear! but on his back and joints & ears a lot of the original darker blue colour remains. His pads are replacements, but the fantastic news is that his original pads are still underneath,, as you can see by the foot pad in the picture, so I am pretty sure they could be restored back to former glory. His one hand pad has slight damage, again see photo, but nothing sinister! He seems to be woodwool & kapok stuffed and has the distinctive triangular head and nose shape of the very early American bears, he has small amber glass eyes and a stitched (horizontally) nose & mouth. There is such a strong Character from this bear, who by the way still trys to growl occasionally! I really feel he would have some tales to tell, if he could only talk!! I am very sad to have to try and sell him, but we are trying to raise funds at the moment :( Freddy is such a Handsome, Strong looking Bear and he would very much like a new family to treasure him.
