She is dressed in a pink dress with a white pinafore over it. In her hands is a silver half moon. There are ruffles around the wrists and bottom of the dress. The pinafore has a pocket in front and there are silver stars in it. She has Silver bows in her hair and a head band with a half moon on the front of it.You can see her long flowing hair in the back and the bows in it. She is wearing silver strap up slippers and is standing on the top of the moon. There is a sash around the moon that reads "By the Light of the Silvery moon" the date "1998" with a "C" in a circle and the letters T.B.C. with the signature Bear Paw and a  star stamped in too.  She stands 7" tall & 71/2" w/the moon.
