House is in great condition, clean with no cracks or breaks, outdoor lights pop back onto front area (Included) 21 accessories including furniture, slippers, and oven mitt (another piece put in not counted shown in pic has spout broke so not counted just added) animals and clothes are not worn, they are clean with only the little mouse whose button has come off and the one side of his overalls strap is not sewn down. furs on critters are complete and not worn from overplay. all items very clean, hardly used Item has no pet or smoke odors.           Please read auction rules, bidding on this auction means you understand and abide by them.  Any questions - feel free to send an eBay message.              All my auctions start at .99 and have no reserve.  I do not have a buy it now price for this item. All items are sold "as is" "as described". All items I sell are described and you see a picture.
