Description Sweet Dreams in Pink, Rare Vintage Barbie Outfit, EC+/C, So Cute, NR & BIN! Click images to view larger versions Here's a rare version of Barbie's 900 series baby doll nightie, Sweet Dreams done in pink nylon! This rare version is not often found, though the yellow version is easy to come by. This outfit is in Excellent+ and Complete condition, with all the little accessories, like Barbie's hair ribbon, alarm clock, wax apple, Diary, and pale blue mules with blue pom poms. The only issue with this outfit is a small tear at the 1 of the leg openings of the panties, but this isn't noticeable on display. The #3 Blonde Ponytail looks very innocent in this outfit, but she is not included in this sale. She is available in another of my auction listings. Please see my other auctions as I'm happy to combine shipping charges for multiple wins. I consider this outfit to be in Excellent condition, with only a few signs of wear. The shirred pink sheer nylon of the nightie and panties is very clean. The blue satin ribbon straps of the nightie might have faded a little over time, but they still look nice; both satin bows are present on the bloomer panties, too. The satin shoulder straps could be tied better into the bow at the back of the nightie; as they are, they want to flip around a little. The panties have replaced elastic at the waist, since the original elastic had lost it's stretch. There is a tiny chunk out of the panties leg edge under 1 of the satin bows. This doesn't really show on display, and you won't see it unless you stretch the leg elastic out. The black and white cloth BarbieR tag is present inside the nightie. The satin hair ribbon has a metal ring so you can attach the ribbon to Barbie's ponytail; however the ring doesn't seem long enough to attach the ribbon to Barbie's hair very well. The blue mules are correctly marked Japan on the bottom of the left one; the poms are replaced. No splits or bent heels. The alarm clock looks good, though the brass has typically oxidized. The Diary is Near Mint, and the apple looks good too, retaining most of it's color still. Sweet Dreams in Pink will look adorable on your vintage Barbie doll! Good luck bidding!
