Made in Germany style 719 Outer covering 95% wool 5% rayon He is dressed in a polka dot shirt with blue pants with red, green,  and yellow patches. He has orange hair and a cute painted clown face with a floppy hat. He measures 7.5" tall.  He is in great condition considering his age.
