Actually, the house consists of: • 2 floor house with bathroom. • Garret with office and game room. • Basement and boiler room • Glass room that communicates with the main hall. • Garden with artificial grass. • Garden terrace • Perimeter fence and street level ornament. Materials Authentic wooden floors as well as varnished wood, velvet or tile paper. The walls are textile with rich damasks and roles of excellent quality. We have replaced all the plastic windows with authentic crystal ones. Each of them is decorated with handmade curtains with fine lace. Mirrors are authentic and it contains hand-painted pictures on tiny canvases. A special mention goes to the balconies, which have been specially designed and manufactured in authentic wrought iron. Technology All rooms in the house are equipped with electricity powering lights, lamps and even have outlets to add additional accessories. Description of the rooms The house is impressive, full of details and has got a very luxurious care, reflecting the many hours of dedication. - Main hall: Parquet floor and high quality lined wallpaper. Fireplace with light effect in the embers, thus simulating fire. Handmade craftsmen furniture together with all necessary accessories. Carpeted reading area with rich tapestries. Clock bell. It has access to an attached room made of glass. - Crystal room: Structure made of wood and glass. It has some reading furniture, as well as all the elements in order to enjoy a cup of tea, or a good book. - Bedroom: With velvety floor and wallpaper. Exquisitely decorated with wooden furniture and handmade lace curtains. The bed has its proper textiles, such as cushions beneath the quilt. Everything coordinated with many silks and damasks. The quilt, a pillow and the stool are handmade, all made of natural silk, with vainica and embroidered by hand. - Office:  Hardwood floor and roof corners fully decorated within the canopies.
