THIS STEIFF BEAR IS STANDING ON A WOODEN BARELL OR SOMETHING ELS WITH A POLL. IF THERE IS SOMETHING MISSING, I HAVE NO EDEA WHAT . I HAVE ONLY WHAT YOU SEE. THERE IS A STEIFF BUTTON IN HIS EAR. BEAR IS 6" , WITH THE BARREL  8". ON THE BOTTOM THERE IS METAL PART AND I THINK IT HAD SOMETHING YOU COULD SCREW ON. MAYBE NOT. SOLD AS IS.  SEE PICTURES FOR DETAILS AND ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING.
