Double sided teddy bear rattle - hallmarked Birnmingham 1922 Adie & Lovekin. In nice condition with just a small dent and a split either side of holes on the ball.  I would think that originally the bear would have had ruby eyes but the stones are no longer there.   Approx. 2" height.
