She will arrive in her original box with pillows and a face protector. She is about 9 inches tall and has a Volks default faceup. Although I am her second owner, I don't see any damage on her. She is definitely one of the newer Seitenshi, because she has a silicone KIPS disc in her neck so her head doesn't droop like earlier versions of this doll did.
