The clothes have been cut, some to the border lines and some just cut around it, and 5 uncut pages.  Folder markings:  "Roy Rogers Dale Evans Cut-Out Dolls, 2118:25, Authorized Edition, 1953, Whitman Publishing Company."  The approximate height of Dale ~ 9-1/2" and is made of a heavier cardboard than most dolls.   The folder measures 10-1/4 x 12" and is in what I would say is excellent vintage condition, considering it's age!  The inside has rips where cut outs were removed, but not bad at all!  Please contact me if you need more information.
