What an incredible huge and beautiful doll. Head circumference is approx. 17 1/2 inches. Antique head with no chips, cracks or hairlines. Lovely open/close blue eys, eye lids coloring fully intact, lovely painted brush stroked eyebrows and painted upper and lower eye lashes, red dot in nostrils and corner of eyes, lovely rosey red cheeks with beautiful painted rosey red painted lips, open mouth with four upper teeth and tongue, original chocolate brown mohair wig. Marked on the back of the head ..neck area..Simon & Halbig, S&H, 1078, 17 1/2. Her original antique composition seventeen piece body with all original finish and red painted linings for the fingers, her shoes and socks have never been removed. She is wearing her original clothes consisting of a beautiful detailed crochette and cotton dress, full slip, pantaloons, shoes and socks. I have added to her outfit pink silk ribbon around the waist and wrists. I have also added a crystal tear drop to her colar and an pink enamel doll pin to her dress. She wears a lovely straw hat and carries a matching straw purse. She wears crochette ecru cotton cloths and carries silk flowers. Measure approx. 36 inches in height.
