This is a charming pair of mom and pop bears, attired in vintage looking clothes. Both have plush faces and arms with cloth bodies. They are made to sit together, with weighted feet, which balance them, and so I have seated them on a vintage looking bench, which is not part of this auction, but will be listed later. Each measures about 24" seated, and, when stretched out, about 31". Dad wears a checkered shirt and collar, tucked into patched woven overalls. He holds a basket with an intentionally faded quilt on which are placed wooden carved sandwiches, milk and honey, and from this basket dangles a wheeled wooden lamb. She wears a green blouse with gathered sleeves under a jumper. A handkerchief is tied at her neck and bloomer peek out from underneath her dress. She carries a wooden wheeled duck and some straw flowers wrapped in a crocheted doily. These bears are in very good condition, and come from a nonsmoking home. She originally paid $140 for this pair, but is asking far less. If you like bears, please check my other listings.
