Pixie stands approx. 8 inches high and is made from quality German mohair in cream and a sort of pale coral, which I hand dyed myself. The mohairs are slightly stringy and curly. Her paw pads are made from vintage velvet and she has large German glass eyes in black and pale rose. I have given her long lashes and contrasting felt eyelids, which I think makes her look a little dreamy. Her little pixie face has been sculpted and shaded, she has a needle felted nose with a stitched mouth. Her hair ribbon is held in place by a tiny pin and can be moved, if required. Pixies cushion is hand made with the same vintage velvet as her paws and some vintage buttons. She can sit, lie or lean on it, she is also able to stand if you banlance her right. Pixie is filled with polyester and has a small bag of fine glass beads in her tummy for a bit of added weight. She comes with a removeable swing tag, stating name etc and in a pretty box.
