Young' Description SWEET BERRY FAERIES After a day relaxing in the mid-morning sunshine. These little fae could'nt resist the ripe berries . Each faerie is 61/2 inches. No molds were used in creating these little ones. I use a combination of Prosculpt and Fimo clay (baked per manufacturers instructions) over a strong wire armature. The base measures aprox. 8" by 11" by 12" high. I used a piece of wood I found on one of my rock hunting adventures as well as a few pieces of crystal. All of these pieces are native to the White Mountains right here in AZ. Each faerie has a hand made crown of little berries. The wings for both are mixed media and removable. I used Genisis paints to give the girls that healthy glow and pretty faces. I decided on little shoes this time just for a change. For these I  mixed a sparkling pigment with a pearl acrylic.Then used a clear sealer. Thier hair is amethyst and peridot green mohair. The faerie standing on the wood is anchored with a strong metal rod that runs up her leg and attaches to a metal tube drilled into the log. I always include insurance in my shipping !
