"NEWBERG" mansion victorian style dollhouse.  If you have never put together a quality dollhouse kit, you should know that Dura Craft is one of the finest.  These kits do not come with glue, paint, or decorations, you must go to a craft store to pick those out.  The NB180 Newberg model has 6 rooms and 1 staircase.  27"H X 25"W X 18"D.  Scale:  1" = 1', from a smoke free home.  I have not had time to even open this, let alone put it together, my loss, and have decided to sell it.  Would make a nice Christmas gift put together under the tree.  This will be sent in original box, it will not placed in another box or wrapped in paper.  It is quite heavy as is.
