Each book in this rhyming series is so delightful.The illustration of Bo-Peep on the cover is framed with the title above and little sheep and shepherds hooks. I love the illustrations of young children in lovely Edwardian costumes with unusual floral prints and stripes, nice use of mauves, blues and yellows too. Each of the ten pages is illustrated with a full page illustration and rhymes on the bottom.Hey! diddle, diddle! is really great too with such a lovely smile on the tabby cat paying the fiddle.This book measures to 1/12" scale with the original at just 5/8" x 11/16". It would be great for a miniature Nursery on the table to read to your miniature little one before they drop off to sleep.
