This auction is for a vintage, freestanding fireplace for a dollhouse.   The style is Eames era/Mid Century Modern - angular and black, with a pedestal base. The construction is painted wood, black hard plastic, and clear hard plastic. The fireplace needs some touch-up as you can see, the black paint has chipped off the lower portion.  However, I thought the form was interesting enough that this would be considered a minor fix for someone.    There are little wooden birch-logs inside, on a tile-looking hearth, with a paper fire behind. A small hole at the back might have been so you can insert a miniature light. Clear plastic fireplace 'doors' do NOT open. Fireplace is 6-7/8" tall 2" wide x 1-3/4" deep No maker's markings shown with my wooden apple for scale.   Guaranteed as described.
