This is both for the young and young at heart.  Melissa & Doug items are beautifully packaged and have won awards for their educational toys and their designs. Melissa & Doug do not use toxic lead paint on their toys. We have for you to purchase, a beautifully wooden handcrafted Victorian Dollhouse, brand new and sealed in the box. Included are 6 rooms of beautiful Furniture, with gorgeous carvings on some of the furniture. The 6 rooms of furniture included are the living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, nursery and bedroom. This dollhouse is not a kit that you have to paint or apply wallpaper or glue on shingles, it is all beautifully done for you, all you have to do is assemble the different finished sections. The picture does not do them justice. The dollhouse weighs 46 lbs. in the box separately and the 6 boxes of furniture will ship in separately in a large box. The Scale is 1:12  The dimensions of the dollhouse are 29.5" x 28" x 18" assembled. Recommended age is 8+    Some assembly is required. This house does not fit Barbie dolls, we do offer a couple  dollhouses in our store to fit Barbie fashion dolls 11 1/2", the Glamour dollhouse and the Savannah Dollhouse.
