The house has some scratches on the roof but is otherwise in excellent and complete condition, it does not appear to have been played with very much if at all. The colours inside and out are sharp and bright.It has six separate rooms [please note I did not install two upstairs walls for the photo but I have them] and a patio, the house measures 25 inches long by 15 inches high by 8 inches wide. The outside is a simulated green shingle roof, white wood siding, and brick base, with flowers and shrubs, and a plastic add in bay window and opening front door. The interior has six detailed different rooms with lithographed wallpaper, floor rugs, cupboards, counters, bookcases, etc. etc. In addition to the house there are metal window awnings you can install, and a free standing metal patio sun cover. There are also seven bags of Marx plastic furniture all in excellent condition, I didn't count out each piece but there is plastic furniture for a baby's room including a baby buggy, the bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry room, master bedroom, and patio. There is also a bag of Marx family figurines, two ladies, two teen girls, and a baby, sorry no men. The Marx emblem can be seen on the bottom of the door leading out onto the patio.
