It was found unassembled in a storage room at an estate sale. I just stuck it together temporaraly to take the pictures; that's why it looks like it's been through an earth quake. I don't think it was ever assembled. All the tabs are in excellent condition as is almost all the paint. It does have one small dot about 3/8" were there is a little rust. The floor pieces have a small bend or wrinkle in the metal that does not affect the assembly. I have not tried to clean any of it. Will ship disasemabled to save on shipping cost. The garage is actually a gameroom in this model I think. We prefer PayPal but also accept money orders and personal checks. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Insurance is optional but recommended for fragle items. We pack well but are not responsible for items after they are shipped.Payment is expected within 7 days of auction close.
