Yellow and Royal Blue Dress divided in sections of color. It has a Black1-inch wide stripe decorated with Embroidered Gold Thread design.  Her sleeves have Red Satin Hearts on theLt. yellow Crown-shaped Cuffs.  A think sewn-in Gold ribbon divides her sleeve with Red and Blue.Around her waist is a Black Ribbon Cummerbund with Red Heart on Black Felt Buckle.  Ribbon waistband tiesin back.The front top of her dress has a Lt.
