Description
Stunning ash blond TNT Barbie in her original suit hair in original set with original bow, in mint condition. Her hair is to die for. It is thick and shiny, shiny, shiny! It has that look and texture that you can only get from mint or just de-boxed dolls. It is still in the original set with the orange ribbon still tied from the factory. Her head is pristine with no fading or green, no spots, no touch-ups, no earring holes, nothing at all to pick at. Her body is tight and awesome and she has deep, dark 100% toenail polish! Limbs are tight, nothing wobbly or swingy on this doll. No chews or scratches or pinpricks. She is literally untouched and un-played with. If there is anything to pick at, it might be that her right hand has slightly pale fingers. Because of my background color, it almost looks as if her pinky has pale green. IT DOES NOT! There is no pale green or any other kind of green on this doll. She is beyond stunning and sure to be a highlight in any MOD collection. Please note that I do NOT make money on shipping.  I charge $5 for priority, and the actual cost is $4.80.  This extra 20 cents is not a profit because I ship EVERY SINGLE DAY (excluding Sundays, obviously).  I cannot stand to buy something and then have to wait for it, so I treat my buyers the same way I would like to be treated.  I have to actually get in my car and drive somewhere to ship my boxes, and with gas prices being what they are, you can imagine that I am probably not even covering the cost of fuel with that little 20 cents.  I also wrap all my dolls and clothing in tissue before shipment, and this is another small cost to me.  I usually re-use packing materials, but sometimes I actually have to purchase those, too.  If this extra 20 cents bothers you enough to leave me 4 stars or less on my feedback ratings, then please just don't bid on my items.  These numbers actually matter a great deal because they determine how much of a fee discount I am eligible for with ebay.  I believe I am extremely fair in my shipping costs and I don't add in extra handling costs so that I can make more money, as lots of other sellers do.  I will always ship your item as fast as humanly possible, meaning the same day if payment is made early enough (before 1 p.m. central time) or the next day.  If the postal service is having problems and running slow, this is not my fault; please do not use my seller ratings to rate the postal service speed once the package leaves my hands.  I have no control over this!  Thank you for reading and understanding.A little about who I am and what I do...I am a collector, nothing more.  I am not a big dealer, nor am I an expert in anything Barbie.  I am simply a person who loves vintage and MOD Barbie and family, and I know nothing more than any other collector.  I have the same books as everyone else and I use those to help me figure out the wonderful world of Mattel.  I am human and I make mistakes, so if I fail to mention something in a listing, please ask about it.  I will not play coy with you and pretend that I do not see the flaws that I know are important to collectors like me.  That being said, I do not collect pristine, mint-in-box dolls, so what is important to you might not matter at all to me.  I am not a dealer of any kind; I simply buy lots and break them down into outfits/accessories, enjoying the treasure hunt along the way.  Sometimes I make money, and sometimes I don't even cover my eBay and PayPal fees.  I do this for fun and, like everyone else, I try to make a profit because I need the extra income. What I am not...I am not one of those people who buys under a different name with private feedback, hiding my identity so that you don't know where I got my stuff.  I am simply gotspeedyfingers.  I don't have different identities registered with ebay in different states; my registered eBay ID is actually where I live (imagine!!).  My feedback is not private, and neither are my Barbie auctions because I have nothing to hide.  I only make exceptions in the event that it is an extremely high-ticket item which might cause bidders to get spammed.  I do NOT email people who seem to be clueless about Barbie and ask them to add low buy-it-now prices to their auctions or badger them into ending early for me so that I can snap them up and then sell them in my store (under another ID, of course) for 1000% markup.  I bid and try to win like everyone else.  If you wonder where some sellers get their incredible inventory, it is from writing eBay sellers and asking them to end early for a low price, then asking them if they have more of the same.  They offer $100 for a collection, which, to the uninformed, seems like a great deal for junk from the attic.  They buy up everything the seller has and then re-sell under a different name, so that the average buyer does not know where the stock originated.  They make lots more money than I do, and I suppose that makes them more intelligent in their business dealings.  So be it.So I am not a dealer, and I am certainly no expert in Barbie.  I am simply a person who loves the vintage stuff, owns all the usual reference books, and has fun treasure-hunting for my next whim.  :0)If have not yet signed up to make money with every ebay purchase (and every online purchase at all the fabulous online retailers), please see my ME page and start making some extra dough.Insurance is optional and will depend on the final price of the item.  Postal insurance rates are as follows: $0.01 to 50.00        $1.70$50.01 to 100.00    $2.15$100.01 to 200.00    $2.60$200.01 to 300.00    $4.60$300.01 to 400.00    $5.55$400.01 to 500.00    $6.50$500.01 to 600.00    $7.45$600.01 to 5000.00    $7.45 plus $0.95 per $100, up to $5000.00. International bidders, please read!! I will ship internationally if you agree to the following terms: I ship Priority International with tracking, no exceptions. Payment is to be made with PayPal. I will NOT mark a package "gift", nor will I mark a low value on the customs form. The value will be listed as the ending price of the auction. Please do not ask me to break the law for you because I will not do it. If you are concerned that the item will be stolen because of a high value listed on the customs form, then please DO NOT BID.
