Her bisque is exquisite! Her eyes are gray glass sleep and they are flirt eyes with a delicate wire mechanism to assist with the movement. There are no cracks or breaks in the bisque. Her body is original and is a German Waltershausen Flapper Body, 1920 Era. Per the description in “THE BODY BOOK” by Florence Theriault, this body with rubber hands was registered in 1924. Her feet have well defined toes and toe nails with red paint. Her body paint is excellent, with only a small rub on the back seat as shown. She is marked K STAR R, Simon & Halbig; and 117n at the base of the neck. I have lighted her head and seen no hairlines. Her wig is original mohair and hand sewn to a cap. Her dress is antique silk with a full skirt; lacy sleeves as noted, some deterioration at bottom of dress…and matching antique hat. She has antique one piece undergarment as shown. The socks are cotton; the shoes are vintage oil cloth with metal buckle and ties. She is a wonderful size “MEIN LEIBLING” doll. PLEASE contact us for final shipping costs.
