Beautiful Titan Red haired Barbie, braided in European elegance, carefully set in a dainty snood. Her glorious black velvet gown of shimmering glass beads in rich hues of aquamarine, sunset, orange, scarlet, fuchsia and chartreuse, handsewn to the front of gown to form beautiful inspired diamond shapes. Gently cascading around the form fitting gown is a dramatic bustle-train, embellished with alternating hand-sewn golden and black beads, beneath the black velvety bustle her gown is finished in shimmering black sequins. Crafted specifically for her a black velvet hat with signature golden and black beading graces the border and six exotic black hackle feathers. Beaded wrist cuffs and collar create a whimsical air to her strapless gown. Gold embellished mask. Comes with a reproduction of Bob Mackie's original signed fashion illustration, booklet, and doll stand. She is a tribute! DOLL CONDITION: Doll has never been removed from box, other than for taking the picture. Excellent. The artwork has a slight curve in it but is not creased. BOX CONDITION: Slight scuffs to gold (see pic) and a 1" tear to top insert flap and a small crease at flap.
