Little Deer by Helen Kish, VHTF, Signed Start Price USD 439.00 Current Price USD 510.99 Time Left - Bid Count 5 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Sunday, June 29, 2008 End Time Sunday, July 06, 2008 Location Downers Grove, IL See more about 'Little Deer by Helen Kish, VHTF, Signed' Description   Little Deer, a part of the Americana collection of prairie children and the 2003 Signature Series by Kish & Co, is number 24 out of an edition of 75.   These were some of the last dolls hand painted by Helen herself, each unique and very limited.    She is 11 inches tall, numbered and signed on the back by Helen and jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips.  Her black mohair braids are tied with leather that criss-cross down the braids and her outfit is hand made leather fringed at the bottom and at the ends of the sleeves with beads at the neck line and on the dress.  Her leather moccasins have bead trim on the cuff and she is also wearing white cotton panties.   Exquisite details, everything about these editions are top quality!  Lovingly displayed in my curio cabinet and from a smoke free home, she will arrive in her original box with her certificate of authenticity.  She would make a perfect big sister to Kish's Riley sized Blue Bonnet.   Please note that while 100 of these dolls were planned initially, only 75 may have actually been made.  Her certificate does say #24/100 but the label on her box says 24/75.  Unfortunately I must downsize.    Please email with any questions.
