Description digmytreasure store this is a limited edition house by franklin mint, theresa politowicz designer. only 2500 were made. it is very heavy. there is an antique bronze medallion embedded in side of house for authenticity. I am not sure if all pieces are here for the rooms inside, in the livingroom there is a picture on the wall of the house. there is some dust inside house, needs a cleaning. I have added a few things that did not come with the house. in the bathroom the leg is broken off of sink, i will include it, also the curtain in the bathrooms rod has broken. I had 2 flower pots for outside but only have one. not sure if these came with it or not. I will also include some outdoor things i have, again, not sure if they all came with house. I have glued down things that are sitting on furniture. The chimneys are removeable. House has been displayed . This was put out in 2000. It is a rare and sought after house by many. I hate to part with it but i really do not have the room for it . Sold as is, please ask questions. It is made of resin type material. It needs to be well packed and insured to ship.
