The interior room is 11 1/4" across and 6 1/2" to ceiling. House overall is in very nice condition. There is some scratching to the porch floor and front opening top board just from the front being opened and rubbing. The side porch balcony area has a few scratches. There is some spotting on the porch floor on both sides. The nail to hold the hook for the front opening is gone and a bit of the wood is chipped away where it was. Someone has thumbtacked cotton to the top of the chimney for smoke. This can easily be removed. Two steps are separate and fit into a hole on each side. House appears to be complete. Interior room is has a nicely decorated design. Shipping cost is shown for parcel post insured. Priority mail will be more expensive if requested.
