She is 17" tall and made from Schulte mohair in a rich "clotted cream" colour with matching ultrasuede pawpads. Her face has been gently scissor and needle sculpted and she has black glass eyes that I have very softly shaded behind. She can stand up all by herself or she can sit.Keela is wearing her 'best party dress' in shades of peach and cream. the skirt is heavily embroidered organza and I used fine cotton percale for the bodice and 'bloomers',edged them with cream ruffled lace and added some satin ribbon roses. The dress has been finished with a peach satin sash and bow. Her two tier petticoat is made from white tulle and is edged with white and peach lace frills. Her whole outfit is completed with a ruched ribbon headband topped with an organza, lace and rosebud bow.All of my bears are 'unique' and have a sewn in label and silver charm.
