This adorable 10” Kathe Kruse doll is in MINT condition and has never been removed from her original box, which is also in excellent condition. This doll is from a very Limited Edition series of only 50 dolls, this one is number 17 and is stated so on the inside of the accompanying card. She comes with an adorable brown basket that holds little pieces of porcelain fruit. The box is labeled “Kathe Kruse Puppen GmbH 86609 Donauworth, Made in Germany”. Harvest Angel is hand written on the outside box label along with the numbers 25H and 17. Following is the information and description on the inside of the card: Kathe Kruse Puppen >Harvest Angel< Donauworth, Winter 1998 ..Harvest Angel”, the very special Holiday doll made by Kathe Kruse Studio of Germany for our American doll friends. “Harvest Angel’s” outfit is inspired by traditional Dirndl costumes used by Kathe Kruse. She stands ten inches tall and is limited to 50 pieces. Her dress is made of linen and cotton, hand embroidered in a magnificent way. Small wooden buttons keep everything in place. Her halo and wings, which may be unbuttoned, are made of straw and dried flowers. Her shoes are hand-crocheted straw. She carries a basket filled with porcelain fruit. “Harvest Angel” is all hand-made with great pride and attention to detail in the Kathe Kruse Studios. She has been lovingly stored in a smoke-free and pet-free home!
