Description
Here is a small antique toddler doll from Kammer & Reinhardt (K*R), circa 1909+. She stands 6” tall and has starfish hands. She has a bisque head and what appears to be a composition body, arms and legs. She is comprised of six pieces, jointed at the head, arms and legs. She is marked on the back of her head: “K*R Germany 126-16. The antique doll dealer from whom I bought her told me that her pate and wig are original, although they are no longer glued well onto her head. Her shoes are not original but are period appropriate. I do not recall the details about the rest of her outfit, however it, too, is period appropriate. She wears a pink antique dress, white pantaloons, socks, leather shoes and a straw hat adorned with flowers. She is in great condition for her age, although I do not know much about antique dolls so I do not know her condition as an antique. She has no visible breaks, cracks, chips or repairs that I can see or that I was made aware of. Buyer pays flat $10 for insured USPS Priority shipping with delivery confirmation.
