Outside dimensions are approx. 26" L x 24" T x 17 1/2", inside dimensions are approx., the upper rooms are 11 1/2" L x 8 3/4" T x 11 1/2" D., the bottom room is approx., 23 3/4" L x 8 3/4" T x 11 1/2" D. It is heavy, I designed it and built it, and it is ready to be decorated.
