She is GUARANTEED to be free of hairlines, chips, cracks or restoration to the bisque head. She is GUARANTEED to be on her original French doll body and produced in France circa 1907. She has a lovely Bisque socket head on a fully jointed Jumeau body with GESLAND paper label on her back. Luscious blue paperweight eyes with painted upper and lower lashes, multi stroke arching brows, open mouth with shading and accents, six upper teeth, pierced ears with earrings, lovely long tail blond mohair wig over compressed cork pate. Wearing a antique pink organdy dress with lace overlay on front panel, very low dropped waist, double skirt bottom, antique underwear, antique cream socks and antique black leather shoes, vintage Lucite pin, wonderful antique pink silk bonnet in her hair. MARKS: 1907 12 Paper Label on her back; GESLAND CONDITION: Generally Excellent. The gorgeous head with lovely fine quality bisque, paler color, expert painting of exquisite features, crisp modeling of alert and friendly face. The original body in good condition but with some repaint to the lower arms and lower legs and hands. There is also some typical flaking of the paint surface--Please view all photos.
