Description
I tried my best to photograph all important details of this old house. I do believe that a previous owner replaced small paper losses with copies in maybe three places around the windows. I just wish knew what kind of copier does such excellent work. Other than those three small places, the rest of the papers, inside and out are original. Over the years Ebay has allowed me to purchase and enjoy these old houses. Living where I do never would have been able to do this otherwise. Find myself now having to downsize and only keep toys that am attached to. Mainly ones that have had to repair and put much of myself into. This house is still missing small bits of paper as the pictures does show. Unless one has access to a very good copier, would just leave it alone and love it the way it is. It is 17 and 3/4 inch high, 14 and 1/4 inch wide, 9 and 1/4 deep. Not much else to say that the pictures do not say better. Study the pictures carefully and contact me with any and all questions. I enjoy your interest and talking to other collectors. Just tell me what you think if nothing else. I am reluctant to allow returns so you must communicate before and after the auction. I prefer personal check with the understanding that a proper time must pass for it to clear your bank and transfer to mine. Paypal and money order are welcome also. Will ship via United States Postal Service Priority. Insurance is a must. Postage including insurance should run between $30. and $40. To be fare, what I do is get it packaged, take it to the post office and have them determine the total. Then I contact the winner for the amount required. I will sell to other countries, but it takes lots of communication and you must work with me on this. Overseas sales must be paid with Paypal however for safety and convenience.
