The woven backing is very strong and thick and a bear made of this should be good for at least a century. It is very dense and soft, the fur a bit longer than on most mohair from coats and it has a delightful rumpled look that will add character to your bears. The colour is exactly that of golden brown sugar, very bearish, enhanced by the presence of occasional darker hairs among the golden ones for a very natural look.  This auction is for three wedge shaped pieces, about 34 inches long, 12 inches wide at the top increasing to 18 inches at the the bottom.
