This det dates in the 1940's. The condition is very nice for its age. The table top looks great. One leg sticks out a little further than the others making the corner look a little higher. If you view my photos you will see it is hardly noticeable. You rarely find Jaydon tables that are not warped. The four matching chairs look like new. The buffet has light wear and one drawer opens. The hutch stands straight. All of the nice new accessories are included. A very nice set for you doll house. Jaydon is comparable to Renwal in size. Paypal payments are preferred.
