I say this because I have the identical doll, wearing the identical clothing, which belonged to my cousin, and it has the R & B mark. I think this is one of the Nanette series.   The clothes are all original. She has perfect strawberry blonde hair, blue sleep eyes with perfect lashes, a closed mouth; I cannot find any flaws on her at all. She is wearing a gorgeous off the shoulder taffeta dress, which has a small hole that I’m not going to attempt to repair, and her hoop slip has the typical brown marks that show up on old fabric, please see photos.   No odors, in very clean condition.
