She is all original and never played with - still crisp and pristine. Her outfit is one of the harder to find ones especially since it includes the little purse. The only flaw I find is that one leg is a shade different than the other - not noticeable until close inspection. Other than that, she is absolutely pristine. She has wonderful vivid facial coloring, and the early centersnap shoes with rayon socks. Her dress bodice is a pink cotton shadow pique with white lace trim, and the skirt is a polished cotton in a gold and deep purple print. She has woven gold braid at the waist in a sort of faux belt. Her white cotton slip and matching panties have the typical triangle edge lace accent. The purse or tote is the same material as the skirt and is trimmed with gold rickrack. The pink satin ribbon hairbow is a perfect match to the pink of her dress. She has her original hang tag in excellent condition, and she comes with an original magazine ad from 1951. Her wave set has all its parts and also includes an original Tonette advertisement. The set's condition varies with each item which you can see in the photo - curlers, curler box, comb and end tissues are Mint/Near Mint, but the rest has degrees of wear. Her original box is stamped "RED" and has the neck brace and fitting for the wave set inside, but it does have age wear - I think overall I would judge it to be very good (certainly no outstanding faults). This doll is stunning and in pristine condition. Her skirt is so stiff that it still stands out with no petticoat. She is 14" tall and comes from a smokefree home and has no odors.
