It is a child's toy and therefore it is not to any scale ( I get lot's of questions about this !) The house is comprised from smooth ply and softwood timber which gives an excellent finish for painting. It requires easy assembly so this item will be despatched flat packed and boxed (the pictures show my assembled version). There is no hammering or gluing required, all you need is one phillips screwdriver and then just screw the house together in pre-drilled screw-holes (1 x pack of screws are supplied inside the box). Total  assembly time should take around 20-30 minutes.
